Mr. Bettinger advises clients in negotiating and structuring domestic and international networks for the distribution of goods through wholesale and retail channels, using distributors or commercial agents, and assists in the resolution of problems that arise during those complex relationships.
He has experience in a wide range of sectors, including, construction equipment and material, education materials, manufacturing software, and consumer products.
He also has experience in structuring joint ventures and subsidiary company relationships allowing manufacturers located outside the United States to conduct business safely and effectively through domestic entities in the United States
